Mario not only likes working on the soccer field but also enjoys administrative roles. In Colombia, he worked in the youth sector coordinating sport programs for people in his local state with the  Riseralda state government body.

 

In Australia, he has been involved in programs such as the initial Alessandro del Piero soccer camp working as the logistics coordinator. He has also organised a soccer tour to Real Madrid and the Spanish soccer federation in Spain with North Sydney United Football Club.
